Our churros begin with a recipe developed by us and a dough prepared from scratch. We work every batch to achieve the contrast that defines a great churro: golden and crisp on the outside, tender and soft on the inside.

We start with the dough—not a finished product—so every batch carries the character of La Churrería.
Made with flour, water, salt, and 100% vegetable oil. No egg or lactose, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Prepared without additives, preservatives, artificial colors, or trans fats.

Before opening our doors, we invested years in professional coffee training, cupping, café operations, gourmet beverages, flours, doughs, and churro preparation. That knowledge became the foundation of every recipe and every experience we serve today.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Founder of La Churrería Coffee Shop, Alberto turned family memories and a love for coffee into a place created for gathering. Before opening the first location in 2016, he prepared professionally in coffee, cupping, café operations, beverages, flours, doughs, and churro making. That preparation continues to guide the quality and hospitality behind every experience.
